Biography

Marcia Keen is a Mpumalanga native who proudly calls Witbank home; nevertheless, she argues that, despite being in the heart of South Africa’s mining industry, her expertise of mechanical equipment beyond her trusty microphone and mixer is shaky at best.
Marcia has over 12 years of experience as an onstage performer as well as a master of ceremonies and entertainment for major national and international modeling competitions and corporate gatherings.

Her recording credits include four student projects as a member of the Witbank Youth Theater, as well as a soloist role in the Mpumalanga Youth Choir. Marcia has also had two solo albums published. “The Oldies; The Classics” is a mix of old time jazz and blues songs with some foot tapping tunes from musicals thrown in for good measure, while “Moenie Weggaan Nie” is a soulful collection of Afrikaans ballads with the occasional light rock and roll flair.
